These terms and conditions of sale govern all purchases made on the website www.hustlemindedparis.com, operated by the company Hustle Minded. By placing an order on this website, the customer fully accepts these terms.

Shipping fees are specified before the final order confirmation.

An order is considered final once payment has been validated. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Hustle Minded reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.

6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Hustle Minded is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping fees are communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error made by Hustle Minded (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
